Graphic card and power supply

hello. I hope i u peeps could help me. I got 2011 computer HP G5232uk. But playing some games is poor. My intel (R) Express chipset is pretty bad i beleive. so i was hoping if anybody point out a better Graphic card and power supply ? thanku :O)

If you want a modest upgrade on the cheap get a gtx460 and a brand name 500w PSU.

If you are going big (which after seeing your PC and mobo i wouldnt recommend upgrading a few pieces, just build a brand new system), Id get at least a gtx560ti and good brand name 600w PSU.

I googled your desktop, and depending on what resolution and games you play a new build could make more sense. Also measure your mobo inside to make sure it can fit a 9 inch graphics card without running into something.
