Graphic card around in $70-80 USD

I am looking for a good graphic card for Animation programs such as 3DS max , Eyeon Fusion, Maya, After Effects etc.

which will be the best graphics card for my criteria in such small budget!

If you can grab a GTX 750. I find them for around $90 but i'm sure there are sales and rebates.

If not then get a R7 250X or GT 740.
