- In order to help you choose a graphic card compatible with your motherboard since it has older legacy Bios we need to know what's gonna be the main use of your PC? Compatibility of older motherboards like yours with legacy Bios with newer exclusively UEFI graphic cards is hit or miss depending on the motherboard, knowing that non OEM motherboards have been reported to have better compatibility with newer video cards, try first to update your motherboard Bios to the latest version available on the manufacturer website.
Then you could try:
- Either go for the highest performing graphic card with proven compatibility with legacy Bios.
- Or take a small risk and buy the best graphic card out there within your budget (US$148)from a reputable store with good return policy, and try it on your motherboard and return it if not working on your system.

Can I dump my PC and buy a new one what would be expenses for a new pc

You don't necessarily have to upgrade the whole PC platform to get better performance, but it's not a bad idea since you're aiming for gaming and game recording and your present PC platform sounds outdated and CPU might not benefit from a Graphic card upgrade.

- What would be your budget for new PC platform : CPU+RAM+GPU ?
- What kind of gaming will you be doing? (high resolution modern games are more demanding than browser games)

What are full specifications of your current PC: CPU, Memory, GPU, PSU etc.?

Lot of users reporting Nvidia 700 series and up not displaying on older motherboards especially those of OEM systems, and they went with either with the Nvidia 600 series or radeon HD 6000 and 7000 series, some other reporting even the latest RX 480 worked for them on legacy bios motherboard.
On the other hand the graphic you chosen is really an entry level card with basic performance and tiny Vram = 1 GB, would not suit your usage of gaming and game streaming.
I would rather go with GT630 2GB Vram and it's small form factor too( low profile = half height) and would fit a small form factor computer in case your computer is.

Your motherboard has an integrated graphics Media Accelerator 3100 (GMA3100) which has basic performance for desktop application and light legacy gaming in low to medium resolution,

I would advise ordering your GPU from a renown vendor with good warranty and return policy so you could return it in case it doesn't work in your system.
