Question graphic card causes system freezing

hi i have Nvidia quadro k600 1 gb graphic card.for past 4 years its works well,but now i am facing problem with it .problem is that system getting freezzing when card connected and when i dissconnect it form motherboard system works fine.i don't know what is the issue in graphic card.i updated the drivers with latest ones.
my system configuration is
intel core i5 3330
8 gb hyper x ram 1600 mhz
windows 10 64 bit
motherboard model number is INTEL DB75EN

i can't check gpu temp because system not working with card.and psu is coolmaster
