Graphic card choice for a HTPC

I am building a HTPC and i have decided on all the parts. I seem to be in a dilemma when it comes to choosing the cooler type I want on my Graphic Card(GTX 970). I like the GTX 970 Twin Frozer form MSI but as my case ( Silverstone RVZ02) dosen't have any case fans it kinda makes me go for the Blower design. I don't have any experience with blower type cards so I am wondering which way should i choose to go.
Ambient temps where i live go upto 35C .

Blower definitely. With up to 35C ambient the case temp would skyrocket without a blower style cooler on the GTX 970.

Definitely this one. It is the best blower-style 970 available as it can draw air from both sides. Well, the best blower style unless you count the EVGA hybrid one which has an AIO attached as well lol.
