First of all your god damn avatar freaks me out donkey, second of all look for a 4870 in that price range because I believe it will be the best. I'll check to see what prices I can find.

Yes.
Your current GPU is roughly equal to a single 4830.
The 4870 is roughly equal to a GTX260 and CF 4830s perform between a GTX260 and GTX280.
Either setup will give you a healthy boost in performance.

ok i found these would 2 of these b good also is crossfire easy to set up?

£92-Sapphire RADEON HD 4830 - Graphics adapter - Radeon HD 4830 - PCI Express 2.0 x16 - 512 MB GDDR3 - Digital Visual Interface (DVI), HDMI ( HDCP ) - HDTV out

£92-ASUS EAH4830/HTDP/512MD3 - Graphics adapter - Radeon HD 4830 - PCI Express 2.0 x16 - 512 MB DDR3 - Digital Visual Interface (DVI) ( HDCP ) - HDTV out

Yes, they would be fine.
The 4830 linked in my previous post is a little cheaper, though.

Crossfire is extremely easy to set up.
Install both cards and the CF bridge and install the drivers.

The Crossfire bridge is a flexible connector that is used to connect the two GPUs.
They are included in the box with each of your new cards.

Your monitor will be connected to either DVI port on the primary card (usually the top one).
You can usually configure your system to use the bottom card as the primary if needed through the BIOS.
Really nothing to the process.
If you run into any issues when the cards arrive, drop a post and we will get you sorted out.
