Graphic card choosing

I am planning to buy a graphic card but i dont know which one is better... 4gb or 2gb?

4gb obviously, but it's not as simple as that. Though, you should stay away from 2GB as it's already too little and it will get worse.

What you can afford, in this order: GTX 1070 > GTX 1060 6GB > RX 480(8/4GB) > GTX 1060 3GB > RX 470

If i were you i would get a GTX 1060 6GB.
