I'm currently planning on buying one of these cards, one has more gb on has more cuda cores whats more important on a card and which should i buy here are the links from newegg

GTX 750 Ti for sure. Less VRAM but it will be used more effectively. I'm sure that all 4Gb VRAM for the GT 740 wouldn't be used in many cases unbless you plan to do something that needs a lot of VRAM like high resolutions running multiple monitors.

Get the 750 Ti

If this is for gaming the 750ti will destroy the 740. On a low end card the GB really don't mater much it don't have the muscle to push it anyhow.
