Graphic Card Compatibility

I wanted to buy a new graphic card for my pc.
The Specification of my pc are:
MotherBoard: Intel DG31GL
Processer : Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu E7400 @2.80GHz
Ram: 2x2 GB DDR2
Either NVIDIA 2GB DDR3 GT610 2 GB DDR3
OR NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 2 GB GDDR5
OR NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 1 GB GDDR5
BUT don't know which is compatible
Please Help...

All are compatible !! GT640 GDDR5 is the fastest among the listed.

I would recommend Radeon HD 7750 if you can spend little more. But among your options GT640 GDDR5 is best.

thank you but i usually try to stick to nvidia as they have been supporting my comp well enough and one of my Radeon had burnt so dont really trust that company..
