Graphic Card Compatibility

I'm I currently have a ASUS M11AD and I'm Looking to Upgrade my GPU.

I'm currently looking to upgrade my graphics card to a GTX 1050 Ti

Yes. I heard that you need to buy a fan to keep the GPU cool or is the fan that built in with the GPU enough

The fan it comes with is designed to cool the GPU properly in a normally well-ventilated case at average room temperature. You won't need another fan. Besides, the GTX 1050 Ti is a very cool running chip.
