Hello recently i have been experiencing BSOD's that are connected to graphics/display, so i just went on forums and tried some fixes, but they didn't help. As i was using W10 i decided to go back to 8.1 and see if trouble remains, and it still does. after trying different drivers i am out of ideas but then friend suggested to try this app for scanning my computer.

So i am guessing something physically happened to my video card, i still have sellers warranty for around 6 months, if i open it to check it out will my warranty be violated? or should i just bring this to the seller and have them deal with this instead?

Thank you for your time.

Yes this is laptop, i have tried the driver it comes with by default, windows update driver and the latest nvidia driver, all of them have the same problem. in the device manager it says that driver is working correctly.

This what i get when i try to go to nvidia control panel.

It is on Laptop monitor, i have done multiple factory resets and clean installations, and tested different drivers and settings, nothing helped.

If it helps the error just started from nowhere, i was playing the game then went to watch some youtube videos and when i came to play games again the games started lagging a lot and crashing with BSOD

Worth mentioning i have never dropped my laptop, but could have GPU disconnected somehow?.

Does the nVidia card show up in Device Manager? Do you have both Intel and nVidia video listed? Could be a bad video chip.

Hi, sorry for late answer, very busy week. Yes, both show up in device manager and both working properly + i tried different versions of them both but did not help In another forum one guy said to try NOVO OneKey recovery but it does not work on my computer for some reason.
