Graphic card dilemma! What I do?

I have a 680 2gb version and I want to run bf4 max settings 60+ fps. I don't have the two extra monitors yet. Should I sell my 680 and get a better card or is my 680 right now enough? I'm thinking on getting another 680 and put it on sli but would that be enough because it would only have 2gb of VRAM.

Depends on how much you are willing to spend for a different card? SLI, if you are not able to afford a better card. However, a single power card will always beat two weak cards.

The 680 is in no way a weak card in terms of processing power. SLI'ing them will get you performance that is more than the 690.
However you'll still have 2GB of RAM.
If you're doing a lot of hi-res hi-texture gaming, then get a 780Ti, otherwise SLI your 680.

Selling the 680 + a new 680 is definitely enough money to equal a 780Ti card.
