Yes, Mike, that could be the problem. Without being fully informed about
all the technical details about your computer, it's hard to decide what
could help you set it right. You might try calling the company that made
your computer, the manufacturer, for help. A graphics controller is the
same basic thing as a video card, but it is contained on the
motherboard, not in a separate card. The controller is usually run by a
driver that is part of the motherboard driver set, called a chipset. You
may have to reinstall those chipset drivers, and the manufacturer is the
best source of advice on how to do that. Hope that helps.
