Graphic card fan run but no display

Hello i have been struggling with my pc.
My mobo is h55m usb3
My gpus are gtx960 and hd6570
When i plug them into pcie4x 1.0, they work fine but when into pcie16x,problem come up just as my title
I already tried to set either pci or peg (there is another peg2 option but i havent tried) in the bios setting
Please help

are you keeping both gpus connected?

did you connected the power connector in the gpus?

the gtx has to be connected in the pci express x16 slot, the hd, please remove it to diagnose one card at the time

waht psu do you have?

I dont plug all 2 in the same time.

Yes i have pluged in the 6pin connector to gtx960

withe the gtx properly inserted into the pci express x16 slot, with the 6 pin power connector connected, and wiht the monitor connected to the gpu try to turn on the pc

if it doesn't show a signal, try to reseat the gpu

also, do you have another psu to discard that the one you have is giving you problems?

I don't think my psu is the problem
I said on my thread there that both my gtx960 and radeon hd6570 work fine in the pcie4x slot
If my psu is too weak,it can't load gtx960 or even hd6570
the only problem here is the pciex16 messed up
