You need to have atleast 20 cm length in your case.
It should fit , but to be sure, take a measuring tape and see that yourself.
From what I'm seeing the 9020MT has a 290W 80+ gold PSU. It's the bare minimum but it should power the card.
We cannot find it because is an OEM PSU used by Dell.

yeah when i looked it runs purely on the power of the pcie slot itself

Yes you're allright, as said above you don't need an external 6 pin power connector.
Just seat the GPU in the PCIe x16 slot , install your NVIDIA drivers from here : http://www.geforce.com/drivers - and there you go.

It didn't work,The shopkeeper said I'd need a higher power supply and there was a problem with pins,24 pin,whatever
