Solution
If you can't currently push more than 120fps then your computer isn't going to be able to take advantage of a 144hz refresh rate. It can be helpful to think of refresh rate as the FPS of the monitor.
While the high refresh rate in and of itself improve visuals, the bigger value if 144Hz comes from the ability to use Motion Blur reduction technology which strobes the backlight.

The main difference between G-Sync and FreeSync is that G-Sync comes with ULMB and FreeSync has no corresponding feature. It is therefore up to the monitor manufacturer to provided this function. Some do it well enough ... some do just enough to list it as a feature. So just how well this feature performance will depend on the make / model chosen.

The 260x however is on the low end of the GFX scale, you will not be getting 60 fps in todays AAA Games. Older or less demanding games will be capable of utilizing the feature but really now worthwhile until ya get up to 85 Hz or so.

Atm. I using 60hz monitor, and my ingame fps in Dota 2 is 120 without any Difficulties for my pc.

I just wanna know can my pc run 144hz monitor with same fps ? or atleast not lower then 100, I play only dota 2.
