Graphic Card for Adobe Premiere

i'm currently looking upgrade my pc for more performance in renders. (basicly After effects, and Premiere).

Specs:

AMD FX 8320 3.5ghz
8gb RAM DDR3 1600 mhz (i want 32gb in a future)
NVIDIA GT 610
SSD KINGSTON 120GB
aprox 2TB in 3 different HDD 7200RPM
Mother Asus M5A97 R2.0
PSU Antec Vp500p (500w)

Here, in Argentina imported products are very expensive. I have in mind something like Radeon R7 360 or gtx 750. Also i would like play games (like gta V) in Medium-High.

What you recomend me?

GTX 750 Ti/950 as I think Adobe is CUDA accelerated.

As above. The 950 is a great card for Cuda and gaming.

This guy sees about 18% difference in adobe performance from the 750 ti to the 960, so expect the 950 to sit in the middle
