Graphic card for color grading

For color grading you want a quality monitor and then you want that calibrated, to a professional level. Not with the THX tool on blu rays and dvds, but done seriously. Otherwise there's no point to sweating the videocard. Next, find out what your software works best with. Some official websites for these kinds of programs will have hardware recommendations, those are worth a look. When given a choice I'll always go with the DDR5 card over the DDR3 cards, unless there's a very compelling reason not to.

Thanks a lot. The third one has the memory speed of 625MHz and memory bus width of 256 but the first and the second one have 900MHz memory speed and 128 memory bus. Which is more important for color grade? Memory speed or Memory bus? Which one should I choose? Thanks.
