Question Graphic card for DH61WW

I'm having DH61WW motherboard with
i3-3220 processor
8 GB RAM
700 Walts power smps

looking to buy Nvidia GeForce GT 710 v2 graphic card, will it supports above configuration for games?
Can I connect this graphic card HDMI port to TV ?

or suggest me one best graphic card

What's the last BIOS version of that Motherboard ? Any idea ? I think the GT 710 should work on this system. Is it for gaming, or some other purpose, home/office use, because that's an entry-level GPU ?

The 710 is not a gaming card, by no means.
Try for a used 750, 750TI, GTX 950
R 9 270, 270x, 280, R9 370, 370x or RX470, 560
or post a budget and online sites you are shopping from.

I have update to latest BIO's, so, suggest me best GPU without bottle neck which supports latest games. I will connect this CPU to Full HD tv 1920 x 1080 resolution. Instead of GT 710 v2 which one I can go
