Graphic card for GA G31M-ES2L MOBO

I want to add graphic card for my pc. please tell me some suggestion for budgeted graphic card. My PC specs are follows:-

Processor : Core 2 Duo E8500@3.16 GHZ
Motherboard : Gigabyte GA G31m-ES2L
RAM : 4 GB DDR2 (2+2 Dual Channel)
PSU : 450W
Hard Disk : 80GB sata

is it okay to add DDR3 graphic card according to my pc cause DDR2 card not available in market.

There's no correlation between RAM on MB and VRAM on the graphic card. Any combination is supported.

Oky Countmike- can you suggest which card is better in DDR3. amd, nvidia or else. please give some card name or model

There's very few new cards with VDDR3 memory and are mostly useless for games. Given that processor and platform I wouldn't suggest anything better that Nvidia GT 1030 or AMD R3 250, 260 if PSU has 6pin PCIe power extension.

countmike- if PSU does not have 6 pin can i use converter which is from IDE power to pci.

Yes you can providing PSU has enough power to supply it. As matter of fact, my MSI R5 260 came with one of them.

I'm not sure if it's enough for 260 or any cards that need extra power, depends on it's make and model
