Graphic card for GTA V, Withcer 3, BF1

Hello, will I play smoothly on 720p GTA V, Witcher 3, BF1 and etc. on Radeon HD 6870 1GB with i5 7400 and 8GB of RAM?
I've got 720p monitor and i don't see sense to buy RX 570 before buying 1080p monitor. So what do you think about this?

The RX 460 is probably a better bet. The 6870 and i5-7400 are fast enough, but the 6870 isn't supported by the latest AMD drivers. As a result, it's not going to get any updates for newer games.

The RX 460 supports newer APIs as well, such as Vulkan.

Lastly, 8 GB of RAM will work, but I usually advise getting 16 GB for new computers these days.
