Graphic Card for Motherboard Am1ms2h

I need a graphic card for my AMD Am1MS2H motherboard.
Can this Handle a good graphic card for heavy games like GTA V.
Or should i upgrade for a new PC

Given the short list of supported processors and the PCI-Ex16 slot running at x4, I'd recommend a new PC. Otherwise, depending on the power supply, perhaps something like a GT 730.
