Does ASUS GT610 2 GB DDR3 Graphic Card is good for gaming? NO.
What all games i can play with this graphic card?
Every game before 2008 on high settings, till 2012 games on low settings but all latest games released in last 2 years will be unplayable. Even my GT730 1gb gddr5 cannot smoothly play AC Syndicate even at low settings at 720p.
Also GT610 is barely any faster than 9400gt and barely any faster than the HD2500 gpu in your i3-3220.
So the minimum i would suggest is Nvidia GT730 GDDR5. Don't get ddr3 model get gddr5 model.About 4 times faster than GT610.

does it okay with my PSU?

610 Good for gaming? No. It's was a very weak GPU when released and it's now out of date. That GPU was never a gaming GPU, it was aimed at PC's which needed a dedicated GPU as they didn't have an integrated one.

Is your PSU ok? Again No 12v x 10A is 120Watts? That is not enough to power even a low end GPU and the rest of the system. This is common on low quality PSU's, they lie, no way is it anything like a 450w if it's only 10A on the 12v rail

so suggest me psu and gpu to games like far cry 4, battlefield 4 without lag

yes, its enough

it's not that simple

you need a good gpu and a good cpu with 8gb of ram, and a good power supply to run everything especially for those games
