Graphic card for pcie 1.1 x16

I know this might be just going through the same topic again but I'll ask anyways can u recommend me a best possible card for this pc? :
Board - Intel DG31PR
PSU - 550W Corsair Vs
Core - Intel 2 quad Q6600
RAM - 4GB ddr2 800hz
I have a 1.1 pcie and want to buy a card with x16 lens not 8 like radeon RX 460 has. Don't tell me to buy new pc if i could do it i would do it

The RX 460 is an x16 card.

And probably about as high end a card as you could put in your rig.

Modern GPUs use x16. You can physically see it man.

Unless you're looking at some rare, half length card... i believe you are mistaken.
