Hmm. not sure.

We need more info such as what's the power supply in the case & if you have an PCI-E slot available.

i intend to upgrade my psu to 550 watts . i am not sure if i can use an ati 4870 or nvidia 9600gt in my pci ex slot. the denver motherboard has an integrated nvidia graphics card built on. un fortunately the packard bell forum is down for repairs with no indication of when it will return. thank you for your response. murdub

at least you can upgrade the Power Supply.

But I would get at least an 600 watt power supply if you decide to get an ATI 58xx series card in the future.

Doublecheck though that you do have an pci express slot first (hopefully it's 2.0)

hi clutz, the denver 11 motherboard has 2 pci-e slots as follows

PCIEX1

PCI express single lane (X1) connector

PCIEX16

PCI express 16 lane (X16) connector

sorry i cannot confirm if its ver2.0
thank you

At least you have an x16 slot. You should be okay once you get a better PSU. If you intend to get a dual slot card, make sure you have enough room.
