Question graphic card help

Hey I put in my older RX 5700 TI 8gb It works well on games max settings at 1080p 150 fps + no screen tearing no overheating stays around 49c to 65c
I have the Asus Strick My problem is When I watch movies on Netflix or prime My pc will lag up after about a hour into the movie then when its response I have white lines when I move the browser.

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

What is the make and model of your older card? Did you use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, to later manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator(assuming you're on Windows OS)?
