[SOLVED] Graphic Card in Trouble

How Can i get rid of this Green thing? Every time i watch fullscreen video on Youtube, these green lines or it appears on the screen. It happens when i use chrome ,Mozilla works just fine.How can i fix it for chrome?

Seems like an issue with the latest Chrome release. Found this reddit seems liek some people have fixed it by Completely removing Chrome and reinstalling it.

I Installed chrome 70.0.3538.77 and the greenlines gone. But Chrome automatically went to the latest version through the auto update, but still, the problem is gone. I'm trying to figuring out what is causing it. The last time I updated my graphics card driver to solve the problem successfully
