graphic card install cause hyper transport flood error

hi dont want to be a pain but i just installed new graphic card gtx 570 but now on reboot it coming up with hyper transport error and switching off after few seconds then starting again to black screen any body know what to do as completely lost cheers any help welcome

It appears that the voltage for the GPU is to blame.
