Question Graphic card is dying?

This happens to me at least 1 time per week. System just crashes and first monitor gets black but second monitor in random color. What is very interesting this happens when system is idle or I am watching videos, this has never happened while I am gaming.

OS: Windows 11
CPU: I7-7700k
GPU: AMD Vega 64
RAM: 16GB
PSU: 700W

All drivers are up to date and cpu/gpu not overclocked.
