graphic card is making a really fast beating soudn

it sounds like something is hitting the fan but nothing is hitting the fan
i opened up my case and made sure nothing is hitting the fan

i can feel the air from the top of the graphic card

i looked it up on tomshardware and i saw lowering the gpu clock?

i have a r7 360 gigabyte
how do i lower gpu clock?
i never done this before didnt knew i would have to go to bios and setup what i want manually

it stops making the loud noise when i stop the graphic card fan for 2 seconds

i hope im not damaging it just to get rid fo the noise
