graphic card issue

I have an internal graphic card in my mother board along with an external NVIDIA GTX 650 Graphics Card 2GB. Is it possible to run both these graphic cards simultaneously? when i had installed my drivers for the external graphic card the internal graphic card in my mother board got disabled .

Err... Well., why did you want to run them simultaneously?
Surely your discrete GTX650 is MUCH better than internal graphic card...
