graphic card makes strange noise under load and computer shut down

i would like to identify the cause of this problem i think it is because of the psu but not sure

The problem is:
i just bought a gtx 970 and it had no problems but my cpu a10-6800k was getting hot trying to keep up with it so i bought a new cooler: arctic freezer 13

and after i put it in the computer the video card started making a strange noise after a certain percent of load (i use gigabite oc guru to check) so it make no sound in ilde also makes no noise when playing dying light or prototype 1 but
makes the noise when playing shadow of mordor

Edit:it makes the noise immidiatelly when starting shadow of mordor and it turns off after some secons when starting a match Evolve it makes no sound in the menus in any game only when playing

i dont mind the noise but it even turns off if i play Evolve but the temp never goes above 50C i play in 900p so it is not overheat

it also doesnt sound like coil whine and i never heard of a compuret shut down because of coil whine

i think it is the psu not providing the power needed but i can return the card too if it is the faulty and then i dont have to spend on the psu now i use HKC 550w

the sound is like an electric noise like when you turn the lamp half way on and it just makes some orange light

what do you think makes this? (if it is the psu i will buy the EVGA 750w g2 for sli is it ok?)

My guess is PSU based on what you describe and the fact your current PSU is some generic brand which is likely low quality. However this is a guess.

Not exactly, I have experienced PSU's making odd noises under load a few times. I have never had gpu coil whine so cant compare directly with that.

coil whine doesnt make the computer shut down i think
my problem is not the noise but the fact that i cant play Evolve when all my specs are way above what it needs 🙁

when you heared psu making odd noise under load what was its effect on the computer? did it shut down?

Stability problems have often been a symptom suffered at the same time but not always.

??? i always have the problem always the same time always only on the same games my system is stable when the graphic card is under 40% of load dying light use like 26-30% of load shadow of mordor use like 33-39% of load (above 36% i hear the noise and the gpu clock and vram clock speed drops for some reason but i see no lag in game) when Evolve reach 40% computer shut down
