need more information. first what i really need to know is the make and model of your motherboard. if you bought a pre-built pc. u can prolly tell me the name model and manufacturer and i can look it up. if it is a custom pc then you will need a little program that will tell me what the motherboard is.

ah you added another screenshot, great you have cpu-z now show me the "mainboard" tab so i can see the manufactgurer and model

it doesnt turn on when i plug it into my pc 🙁
