Graphic card not detect

Hello, I just build my pc. But my graphics card does not detect. I'm using GEFORCE GTX 1060. Motherboard Z370M D3H with 16GB RAM. Windows 10 pro. How can i solve the problem?

is it a second hand card used for mining purpose? How you are getting this that the gpu is not detected? I mean your driver is not installing or something?

Have you installed the drivers that came with the motherboard? Until then it may default to basic gfx only.
