Graphic Card not detected help!

One day i was playing games with friends. When we finished it i wanted to shut down my PC but when i clicked on "shut down" the screen on monitor just went black and stayed there until i turned off PC on button (about 10 minutes). When i turn PC on now nothing happens, just black screen and says "No signal detected". So i tried to plug-in to integrated graphic and it works normally. Every time when it is plugged-in discrete graphic the screen is just black and says "No signal detected". I have AMD Radeon 7700 1GB Vram GPU and Windows 10. Help please. Also the graphic's cooler is running when PC is on.

Did you try removing and reseating the GPU? Check power cables are firmly attached. Try resetting motherboard CMOS.
