Graphic card not giving output

I have bought evga nvidia gt730 4gb dd3 graphic card but not giving output , fan is working but not giving output

i have checked on other PC and its working and giving output.

but not giving output on mine PC

Tried using onboard graphics to install Nvidia drivers and see if the graphics card works after?

It should give output before installing the manufacturer's driver package. Has to be something else causing it.

It should, but I had it happen to me one or two times where it didn't. This was when I installed a new Nvidia GTX 970 and also a GTX 950. In my experience It's not always the case.
