Graphic card overheating problem?

i want to ask that i am using radeon hd 5770 1gb sapphire which has 1 fan and when i play tomb raider or gta 5 its temperature goes 100 to 104 degree Celsius is it safe or not??? please tell me

100c is definitely not safe.

Try reseating the GPU. Before doing that make sure that the heatsink and/or fan is not clogged with dust and that there is proper ventilation in the case.

Also check that the GPU is not overclocked and/or is not getting a voltage override

Thanks but my gpu is oc overclocked and and how can i check the voltage?
