i plan to buy radeon hd 6670(PCI express 2.1) so pls tell me is it compatible with 1.0 slot??

Most of the time it will be, but there have been a few cases where people ran into issues. Check the motherboard manufacturer's website to found out if there is a BIOS update that addresses the issue.
