Graphic card performing bad.

My graphic card is apparently performing way below of what is should. AS seen here http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/8093022 . And I dont know how to fix it. Ive been into nvidia control panel and turned of Vsync and such but it does not help. WHat can be the reason for it performing bad?

try turn om performance mode in windows power options.
also please check your thermals reading on CPU and GPU.
could be a thermal throttling issue.

According to the results, it states there is an FPS cap, make sure you have vsync shut off, maybe reset your driver settings to defaults.

Just looked through some computer threads to try help some people.. but it seems like we are not needed here...
nothing to add to your on point and accurate information all the time
