i want to play batman arkham origins which is the best graphic card you reccomend?

The Arkham games have relatively modest GPU requirements. You can max out most details at 1080p (except shadows and anti-aliasing which are GPU hogs and do not contribute that much to gaming experience IMO) with a HD7770 or Nvidia equivalent.
