Graphic card problem please help

My pc spec :- i3 7100 processor, 8gb ddr4 ram, vip gold 500w, msi pro motherboard and 2gb gddr5 rx 460 graphics card.
When i connect hdmi to motherboard it on normally and when i connect to my graphics card .....it showing no signal...
Please help

Some motherboards require selecting the PCIe as priority in BIOS.
Make sure the graphics card is sitting in the slot firmly.
Worst case scenario: graphics card is faulty.

That's all I can think of.
