Graphic card problem

Hi I'm a real noob at pc build it's my first time and I have a pc that I just built and the graphic cards spins for like 2 secounds then turns stops spinning when it boots it's a 1050ti co 4gb. I plugged the hdmi from the graphics card into the monitor and it works and I also went into the device manager and it's doesn't show my gpu? And when I try playing overwatch it's super laggy. The worst help?

You don't mention installing the drivers, so I'm guessing the problem is you didn't install the drivers from the Nvidia website.

Also list the rest of your pc set up for information.

The parts are:
Z170-k (motherboard)
750w power supply
GeForce thx 1050ti of 4g (has no 6 pin connector?)
8gb ram

Do you have any software to monitor the cpu and gpu temperatures? Also dontlistentome asked what driver did you install from Nvidia.

Oh sorry well I installed a 64 bit win10 driver from their website I put in my graphic card description and downloaded the top one. Version 382.05 game ready driver. And I don't have a software to monitor fan and cooling. I will do that now

Oh yeah once it downloaded i my loaded and said "Nvdia installer cannot continue"
