Graphic card problem

I used to have large number of power outages which due to the faulty ups didn't allowed me to shut down my desktop properly.
After about a month of that and then suddenly I started getting code 43 error whenever I turn my desktop on.
But at first simply restarting it used to solve the issue.
Then i had to enable the device manually from the device manager to solve it.
Now even reinstalling the driver rarely works and every time I try to turn on the device driver it goes to black screen

List of things i tried
-turning device driver off/on
-restarting desktop with device driver off
-completely removing and reinstalling device manager

It is however completely random when the card will work as mostly the problem is solved by just doing enable/disable device a number of times

Thing that I can say is that when it starts working randomly and when it does work without any problems or performance issues.
But when the device manager is showing code43 its very difficult to get it back to running normally, which generally happens when I remove power to my desktop, by turning off power from my new ups

Could be card, could be the power supply. Test the card in another system to see if issue follows card, try another card in yours, try with another power supply.
