I have Intel q43/q45 integrated graphic card. If i buy radeon hd 7300 will i be able to add it to my pc

You have a lot of options if all you need is a display driver, meaning a card that can handle general computer tasks but not gaming. For instance, you can get AMD HD 6450 videocards very cheap, or Nvidia GT 710. A lot depends on what you need it to do, which you have not mentioned at all.

When you install the dedicated GPU, your on-board/integrated GPU will be disabled (especially on those older motherboards).

These are good suggestions. I would personally go with the third option being the GT 730 if you want to do any gaming. The other choices will leave you lacking and desiring more peormance.

If gaming in on the menu, and you have the right idea that LoL is the type of game that this computer can run, then I strongly recommend you stick with DDR5 equipped cards only.

Some ideas I'd suggest are: AMD HD 7750 or newer versions of it like the R7 250. On the Nvidia side, something like the GTX 650 or GT 730 DDR5. These are all small cards that use little power.

Which brings me to size. Your case, if 'slim', may only allow for low profile cards, single slot cards, or cards that are half length. I'd open the case to get a look at how much space you have to work with.
