Hey, sounds like some bad drivers. Do a rollback to the last installed driver, or if tehre is an update from nvidia, install it first. Be sure to select perform clean installation when installing the new drivers.

Ok so you arent going to want a beta driver as that guy suggested. Instead, i would suggest rolling back to http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/68499/en-us that driver. That driver is older, and its probably the one you ran before the last official release from nvidia two-three days ago. Once that driver is installed, check to make sure everything runs correctly, and you can then decide to update to the latest ones, or to stick with the one you have.

Hello, first thing i tried 3 days ago, i just reinstall my current version, then the fps go like before on 140 to 400 on black ops.2. and i was playing then i turn off my pc, then when i come back to play. suddenly the FPS goes back to 40 to 10 FPS. LAGGING. i did the same thing, but this time before i reinstall i did just Remove old driver then install it again. then the same thing happened . then i go to nvidia to download the last driver, and the same thing happen. i dont know is my card poor? but its new 4 or 3 weeks AGO i bought it new. and its GTX770, i mean its Powerful. why would it lagging.

Note: i used Driver Sweeper , and i cleaned all THE Nvidia Drivers. then i install it like new Card. and the same thing happened . first when i install it , the games was working on high FPS without lag, then i Restart my pc. then the Fps go on low FPS...
