Graphic Card that can run CS:GO at 144Hz on lowest setting?

Hi guys, I just purchased a 144Hz 1Ms monitor (BenQ 24" XL2420Z)

I don't want to spend much more on the graphic card. I only play CS:GO and don't really care about graphic beauty, only performance and cost. So I'll be playing it on the lowest setting. What is the cheapest graphic card can safely achieve that?

I've seen 750ti's for $100 and regular 750 for $75 with rebates, you just have to look around and be ready to strike when you see the deal.
