Graphic card update question/ Intel gma 3100

Whats the best video graphic card my pc would run, this is my computer:

Intel(r) g33/g31 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation -WDDM 1.0)
Graphic card: Intel gma 3100
Ram 4gb

With your rig I wouldn't spend over $150 unless you plan to upgrade the other stuff soon.

dont know like 150$ 200$ max maybe more if u convince me haha

edit: what worries me most is the power supply i dont know how to find what is it and I dont wanna waste money for just discover it doesnt goes well with my pc

With your CPU, I think a Radeon 7750 would be a good match without the CPU holding it back.

Could go up to a 7770 or even 7850 with that budget though.

Hello smeezekitty thanks for your quick responses also another thing I should know after buying this is how easy is to install it?

Not too bad. I installed one yesterday. Basically you take out the placeholder plate in the case the push the card straight down and lock it. Then tighten the backplate.

As a side note, I had to use the onboard video to change the primary display from onboard to PCI-E in the BIOS or else I would just get a black screen from the GPU.

thanks Im looking for info about the graphic card and they recommend me to try 7770 is almost the same price, should i go for it? or my cpu will turn it away?

Might bottleneck alittle under certain conditions but that does not mean performance will be bad.

There should be no issues.
