I just upgrade my CPU to a Quad Core Phenom 9950 AMD it runs fater the PC my monitor is 19 inches but im thinking to use my 32 inches LCD TV as a monitor not sure or maybe getting a 22"

So your best shot is the GTX 260.

How long this graphic card is been on the market or is a recently item?

Which Manufacturer did you recommend me?

thank you for the advice and the information did you prefer any manufacturers in particular.

Question did you know if any Video card comes with HDMI or I have to purchase the DVI to HDMI adapter

XFX has a double lifetime warranty, so if you sell the card later on you can transfer it. Really just go with the card that has a lifetime warranty, and a good bundle for the price. Many of the 260 cards come with an adapter, like this ASUS

ASUS ENGTX260/HTDI/896M

Just remember that if you want to ouput the audio over HDMI you need to connect the digital out SPDIF connector from your sound card to the NVIDIA card.
