Graphic card upgrade

Hello,
I have a dell 9200 with nvidea 7900gs card which I would like to upgrade. I mainly do video editing.My processor is 2.13 gig intel core duo 6400. I have 4 mb. 1have pci slots
Any suggestions for a good upgrade card with hd I output

Up to 250 pounds. Screen Res 1920 x1080. I should have mentioned I use windows 7 64 bit

Your cpu is very weak for that res.graphic card will bottleneck it.i would recommend you to upgrade to new cpu and mobo for better gaming performance.

Thats just what I was trying to avoid as I dont play games but edit and render videos. Any suggestion for a better card within my configuration
