[SOLVED] Graphic card (Vega 64) half times does not boot after installing new ram

After installing new ram , additionally 16gb 3200mhz of Different brand with different timings,my graphic cardboots half the time. Also the bios now recognizes maximum speed of ram at 2133mhz. In the past recognized 3200mhz.

you need to enable your RAM's XMP profile in bios to achieve the advertised speeds. as far as your vega i had one that used to do something similar and it was definitely the card as it was RMA'd, but if it worked prior to installing the RAM it would make me think it was something else. can you list complete specs

ALso the ram is 3200mhz (16gb adata , 16gb kingston)
